Stef Gemmill started her writing career at age ten, she wrote a play titled Drag-On about an isolated feminist dragon on a quest to save the dragon race, In order to save the dragons and the world, she enlists the help of Kermit the Frog and Michael Jackson. Stef’s play was performed at the Pumphouse Theatre in Auckland, New Zealand. Stef has continued to write unique stories featuring strong, female protagonists, You can meet her latest heroine in A Home for Luna.
Mel Armstrong has worked as a web designer and graphic artist for over ten tears. She loves working both traditionally and digitally, and her illustrations have appeared globally on products such as shoes, greeting cards, journals, fabric, stationary, phone covers and baby products. Mel has recently ventured into children’s illustration and is illustrating her first children’s picture book, A Home for Luna.
